Formica, Pionite, Nevamar, Laminart, Arborite and most other national brands are laminated in our Black Brothers Cold Press line.

We are a direct account which means we do not buy from or through a distributor. We buy direct in quantity from the manufacture for great pricing. We use a variety of substrates IPB, Plywood, MDF, MR/MDF and Hardboard in thickness from 1/8″ to 1-1/2″. We index to one slide and one end for easy trimming. We offer a quick turn around and a quality product at a competitive price.

Laminating Hot Press

Our new Poly Urethane Hot Press can apply a variety of co-polymer films to different substrates. The PUR adhesive is applied at 250 degrees to form a tough, durable bond that in many cases is stronger than the substrate core. Thickness varies from 1/8′ to 1′ with up to a 4′ x 12′ length.

Many of the end products are used for interior and exterior signage for the real estate, Graphic, and Display industries. We are open to testing for new products that may fill a need for our many customers.

Cut to Size

Our Giben 30 HP Panel Saws are state of the art.

A variety of substrates are cut precisely in most all thicknesses and lengths up to 5′ x 12′ feet. The cutting is controlled by computer and repeats within 2 thousands of an inch. These specialized saws allow for a quick turn around at a very competitive price.
